Privacy Policy
supersolo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Swap Sudoku: Logic Puzzle. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the game, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
The game saves progress, settings, language, sound preferences, and gameplay state locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts and do not ask you to provide your name, postal address, contacts, photos, or payment information.
The Android version uses Google services that may automatically process:
- App activity, such as screen views, level starts and completions, swaps, hints, and advertising interactions;
- Device and app information, including device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID where available;
- Diagnostics, including crash logs, performance information, and technical error details;
- Approximate location inferred from network or device information, where processed by Google advertising services; and
- Advertising-consent and privacy choices.
How we use information
We use this information to operate and improve the game, understand gameplay and feature usage, diagnose crashes and errors, measure advertising performance, show contextual or personalized ads where permitted, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Advertising and third-party services
The game uses Google AdMob for rewarded and interstitial advertising, Google Analytics for Firebase for usage analytics, Firebase Crashlytics for diagnostics, and Google User Messaging Platform for consent choices. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information.
Rewarded ads are initiated by the player in exchange for an in-game benefit. Interstitial ads may appear between eligible levels. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Where required, a consent form is shown before advertising data is processed. You can revisit available advertising privacy choices from the game’s Settings screen. You can reset or limit the Android Advertising ID in your device settings. You can remove locally stored game data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the game.
Request data deletion
To request deletion of data associated with your use of Swap Sudoku: Logic Puzzle, email supersolo.support@gmail.com with the subject “Swap Sudoku data deletion request.” In your message, include the approximate date you last used the game and any device or app-instance information you can provide. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents.
We will review the request, explain whether the information can be associated with your device or app instance, and request only the additional details reasonably needed to process it. Deletion requests may cover analytics events, diagnostic records, advertising-related identifiers, or other data that can reasonably be identified and deleted by us or the applicable service provider.
Game progress and preferences stored only on your device are deleted by clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the game. Some aggregated, anonymized, fraud-prevention, security, or legally required records may be retained when they cannot identify you or must be kept for legitimate purposes. We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law and service-provider limitations.
Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s applicable settings, policies, and legal requirements. Because the game does not create user accounts, there is no account profile to delete. You may contact us with a privacy or deletion inquiry using the address below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Data transmitted to Google services is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
International processing
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is subject to their privacy terms and applicable safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
